تحت شعار ” نحو تطوير العمل المؤسسي في منظمات المجتمع المدني”
دشنت مؤسسة الود التنموية ( WDF) صباح اليوم الورشة التدريبية للمبادرات والمؤسسات الناشئة حول إدارة المشاريع وجلب التمويل بمشاركة 20 منظمة من المنظمات الأهلية والمبادرات الشبابية في مديريات (المعافر -المسراخ-جبل حبشي)
وتهدف الدورة التدريبية إلى تعزيز القدرات النظريّة والمعرفيّة والعمليّة للمشاركين حول إدارة المشاريع بما يلبي الاحتياجات بشكل منظم وبما تنسجم مع معايير المانحين.
حيث تتطرق الدورة الى دراسة الجدوى و كتابة المقترحات وإدارة الجودة واعداد التقارير بالاضافة الى قياس مدى قدرات المنظمة وشركاء التنفيذ في استدامة المشروع.
يشارك في الدورة التي تخللها العديد من النقاشات والمداخلات
20 من ممثلي المنظمات الأهلية والغير حكومية، والمبادرات الشبابية وتستمر لمدة 4 أيام .
وأكد المشاركون على أهمية هذه الدورة في بناء القدرات وتعزيز المهارات في مجال إدارة المشاريع ، معبرين عن شكرهم لمؤسسة الود التنموية ودورها الفعال في مختلف الجوانب وخاصة في مجال التدريب والتأهيل للمبادرات والمنظمات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني.

Under the slogan “Towards the development of institutional work in civil society organizations”
Al-Wed Development Foundation (WDF) launched this morning a training workshop for emerging initiatives and institutions on project management and fundraising, with the participation of 20 NGOs and youth initiatives in the districts of (Al-Ma’afer – Al-Misrakh – Jabal Habashi)
The training course aims to enhance the theoretical, cognitive and practical capabilities of the participants on project management in order to meet needs in an orderly manner and in line with donor standards.
Where the course deals with the feasibility study, writing proposals, quality management and preparing reports, in addition to measuring the extent of the capabilities of the organization and implementation partners in the sustainability of the project.
Participate in the session, which included many discussions and interventions
20 representatives of civil and non-governmental organizations, and youth initiatives, and will last for 4 days.
The participants stressed the importance of this session in building capacities and enhancing skills in the field of project management, expressing their thanks to Al-Wed Development Foundation and its effective role in various aspects, especially in the field of training and rehabilitation for initiatives, organizations and civil society institutions.
